I keep coming back because this place has it all! Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, fitness center. And the staff even helped me with my luggage the first time! Can't wait to return for New Year!

Fresh mountain air, relaxing spa, delicious food, and stunning views. A perfect place to unwind and indulge.
Oh, and the pillows were as fluffy as marshmallows. So uncomfortable, I practically brought my own bed with me.

Convenient location near many restaurants and shops. The hotel's pool and spa were a great way to unwind after a long day of work. The breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of options.
The noise level was unacceptable. I could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms and in the hallway, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the stunning Alpine views. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Our family recently stayed in a hotel in the picturesque Swiss mountains. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel in an excellent location – very close to the trails around the area and even had a small electric taxi that could transport guests. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and good service. Breakfast was first class and the staff was friendly. The view of the snow-capped mountains nearby was breathtaking. The hotel also had a great indoor swimming pool and spa available for guests.
The hotel’s parking was quite far away and it involved transportation to collect and deliver luggage, which was inconvenient.

We loved the SPA with its great view of the Alps and two saunas. The indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel staff was amazing, very friendly, and offered complimentary tea. We also appreciated the convenient location, easily reachable by a small electric taxi to the hotel or to the village centre within 5-10 minutes of walking.
Almost perfect.

The spa facilities were fantastic and the breakfast had a good variety of tasty hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful with great English language skills. The location provided stunning mountain views and was in close proximity to enjoyable hiking trails.
The rooms and bathrooms were quite small and cramped, lacking modern amenities. The parking situation was inconvenient and involved additional fees.
